Terms and disclaimer
This page is short because there is little to agree to. Coinliqui publishes numbers as ordinary web pages. It does not hold anything of yours, cannot receive anything from you, and asks nothing of you.
No financial service, in the structural sense
Coinliqui is not an exchange, broker, dealer, custodian, wallet, payment processor or investment adviser, and provides no financial, custodial or advisory service of any kind. It executes no orders, holds no funds or assets for anyone, and offers no mechanism by which money or credentials could reach it — there is no account, no deposit path, no wallet connection, no payment form and nothing to sign.
That is a description of how the site is built rather than a promise about how it behaves, which means you do not have to believe it. About lists the ways to check each part in your own browser in under a minute.
Nothing here is advice
Everything published is market data and arithmetic on market data. None of it is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, a recommendation, a solicitation, or an opinion about what anyone should do. Figures described as modelled — liquidation levels in particular — are the output of stated assumptions applied to public inputs, printed alongside those assumptions, and are not predictions. Methodology shows the arithmetic.
This applies in full to every figure the site derives rather than receives, and those are the ones most easily mistaken for a view: annualised funding rates, the cross-venue funding spread and every figure on Tools, modelled liquidation levels, the survival table, the sweep order, and the output of all four calculators. Each is arithmetic on an input under assumptions you can read and change — not a forecast, not a signal, and not a statement that any position is a good idea. A calculator that computes what a trade would cost is not an opinion that the trade is worth making.
Accuracy, and its limits
The data comes from third-party endpoints named on Data sources, and is republished as received apart from the normalisation described in the methodology. Upstreams fail, lag and revise; Status publishes the real success rate of the ingest, failures included. Every figure states its own age. No warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for any purpose is offered — not for the data as received, and equally not for anything derived or modelled from it — and decisions taken on the basis of anything here are yours alone. Where an upstream disclaims the accuracy of its own numbers, that disclaimer travels: a figure computed from an input carries every limit the input carried, plus the limits of the assumptions applied to it.
If a number here disagrees with the venue it came from, that is a bug and we want to know: hello@coinliqui.com.
There is no company, and that is stated rather than obscured
Coinliqui is an independently operated project, not a registered company, and it has no legal entity, no registered address and no corporate identity. It was suggested that publishing one would raise trust. It would not: a company that does not exist is the most easily falsified claim this site could make, and every other statement here is written to be checkable. The project is run by Yury Fokin, and the accountable contact is the address on this domain.
Use of the site
Read it and link to it freely. Quote it with attribution, and automated access is welcome within reason — robots.txt states which crawlers are asked to stay away and why. Do not present the data as your own, and do not rely on it as a sole source for anything that matters. The site may change or stop publishing at any time; where a URL is withdrawn it is withdrawn honestly, with a 410 rather than a redirect.
That permission covers what this site computes: annualised rates, spreads, modelled levels, the survival table, calculator outputs, and the words around them. It does not, and cannot, cover the upstream data underneath. Funding rates, marks, open interest and on-chain contract state belong to the venues and networks that published them, and reach you under their terms rather than ours. Data sources links each one, including the endpoint every figure came from. If you intend to republish upstream figures — at scale, or commercially — read the venue's terms. Nothing on this page grants you anything in respect of them, and nothing on this page is a representation that they permit it.
No personal data is collected that could be returned or deleted; what is and is not collected is set out on Privacy.
