Funding cost calculator
What it costs to hold a position, using the venue’s real settlement interval — the same $10,000 position for 30 days costs $90.00 on all three venues. Opens on XLM ($0.22817 mark on Hyperliquid) with Hyperliquid as your venue, which settles every 1 hour.
Not investment advice — modelled figures from stated assumptions. Terms and disclaimer
The identical position, priced on each venue’s own settlement interval rather than on the assumption that they match. Amber is a cost to you, cyan is a payment received. A smaller quoted rate is not a smaller cost: Hyperliquid quotes 0.0000125 per settlement against Binance’s 0.0001 and, settling every 1h against 8h — 720 times over 30 days against 90 — lands on the same $90.00.
Where the daily reading goes wrong
Venues quote funding per settlement, not per day. Hyperliquid settles every 1 hour, so a 30-day hold crosses 720 settlements, not 30. Treating the quoted figure as a daily rate understates the cost of this hold 24×.
Same position, every venue
The same $10,000 long over 30 days on each venue. Cost is the funding you pay; a minus means funding paid to you. Here Hyperliquid and Binance quote different rates and land on the same $90.00. amber = longs pay shorts · cyan = shorts pay longs.
| Venue | Quoted rate, per settlement | Interval | Settlements over 30d | APR | Cost over 30d |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Binance | 0.0001 | 8h | 90 | 10.95% | $90.00 |
| Hyperliquid · yours | 0.0000125 | 1h | 720 | 10.95% | $90.00 |
| Bybit | 0.0001 | 8h | 90 | 10.95% | $90.00 |

Who produced this, and what they hold
Produced and published by Yury Fokin as Coinliqui, an independent project with no legal entity. No payment, sponsorship, affiliate or referral arrangement exists with any venue named here, and nothing paid influences which coins or venues appear — coverage is decided by the open-interest floor stated on Data sources. The operator may hold positions in coins covered here; nothing published is timed, ordered or selected around one.
